AI mentor prototype with persistent memory, goal tracking, daily reflection rituals, and model fallbacks.

Overview

The Catalyst explores how a mentor can retain context across conversations and connect daily reflections to a longer-term goal.

Process

Short-term context and synthesized long-term memory inform different mentoring modes. Function calls update goals, logs, and streaks; a CLōD model path falls back to Gemini through LiteLLM. The interface displays ritual history and momentum statistics.

Result

Implemented a locally runnable mentoring application with documented retry, quota, and fallback behavior.
