## Overview

Andrii Kahamlyk and I built a game that turns photographs of everyday objects into collectible characters. Players can upload an item and browse their collection alongside other players' items.

## Process

The Flask backend sends uploaded images to Gemini to generate structured attributes such as type, rarity, health, and moves. A lightweight JSON store holds users and their collections, and the battle interface uses generated item statistics.

## Result

Placed second at Scrapyard Vancouver. The repository remains a hackathon prototype, with a proper persistent database and expanded player-versus-player mechanics listed as future work.
